The MB-800 touch-screen moisture balances moisture analyzer balances are designed to get precise measurements of relative moisture and dry mass content in small samples of various substances and determine the mass of weighed objects. The drying chamber features an IR Emitter which allows for quick, uniform sample drying and measurements; no mathematical calculations are required. Choose from four drying profiles: standard (suitable for most drying needs), quick (for samples with a high moisture content), mild (ideal for samples with a high sugar content where a gentle temperature increase is required), and step (useful for samples that require more stringent control of the drying process). Drying time is set by selecting either automatic, time-defined, manual, or user-defined finish mode.
Large 4-1/4” x 2-1/2” color capacitive touch-screen display makes operating the balances easy and can be customized to meet your personal programming needs. Two built-in infrared (IR) proximity sensors enable touch-free balance control, reducing the risk of cross-contamination and wear and tear on buttons. Two working modes are available: weighing and drying, making it a versatile addition to any laboratory or industrial setting. Depending on the working environment, you can adjust the filter level setting to a fast or slow mode for accurate and stable measurements, even in less-than-ideal conditions.
