Easily maintain fluid integrity using peristaltic pumps. Only the bore of the tubing contacts the fluid, eliminating the risk of the pump contaminating the fluid or the fluid contaminating the pump. Peristaltic pumps are great for use with most liquids, including viscous, shear-sensitive, corrosive, and abrasive fluids.

Manually or remotely control these compact pumps for accurate and repeatable fluid transfer. Each pump system includes a single-channel pump head to deliver flow rates from 0.001 to 170 mL/min*—select from 2-roller, 4-roller, or 4-roller flip-top models. Simple manual control allows start/stop, direction change, and speed adjustment from the keypad; adjust speed in 0.1 rpm increments. Press the MAX key for rapid priming; AUTO START for automatic power recovery. Remotely control start/stop, pump direction, and speed using analog signals (4 to 20 mA, 0 to 10 V); 0 to 5 V output allows remote speed display.

Operate the pump from 0.1 to 32 rpm with in 0.1 rpm increment to achieve flow rates from 0.003 to 54 mL/min. The pump system includes a two-roller pump head and is only compatible with PumpSil® platinum-cured silicone tubing with 0.5 to 4.8 mm bore and 1.6 mm wall. Pump head is constructed of polycarbonate guard, MoS2 filled nylon roller assembly, IXEF rotor assembly, acetal and PVDF track, and stainless steel hardware.
