The shallow, medium, and deep backsaver handles are designed with a foot pedal to drive the sampler using your body weight and gravity (see specifications information below for specific depth of each handle). Complete your soil sampler by ordering sampling tubes and extensions (sold separately). Use and optional extension rod for increased depth.

All backsaver handles come with a sampling tube cleaner, 99025-70.

The sampling depth range, listed in the table below, is given using 12 to 18" sampling tubes (sold separately).
