More About this Item

Use aluminum cyclone with three-piece loaded air sampling cassettes to separate and remove larger particles from the respirable dust. The cyclone allows respirable dust to collect on the filter membrane while larger particles fall into the grit pot. Meet the standards set forth by ACGIH/ISO/CEN for a collection efficiency curve with a median 50% cut point of 4 µm at 2.5 L/min using the cyclone.

Cyclone starter kit includes cyclone, holder, O-ring, and grit pot. Simply add a 25- or 37-mm air sampling cassette to start filtering for respirable dust. Cyclone requires both a cyclone holder and a three-piece loaded air sampling cassette. Clip the cyclone to a shirt collar or pocket as close to the breathing zone as possible. Sampling pump can be clipped to a belt or placed in a protective pouch.

Cyclone requires both a cyclone holder and a three-piece loaded air sampling cassette.
