These portable, low-pressure drop mass flowmeters utilize laminar differential pressure technology to deliver precise mass flow measurements for over 130 different gases. With a rapid control response time of just 100 milliseconds, they integrate easily into test stands, enabling immediate and accurate verification without the need for warm-up.

Designed to minimize pressure drop—as low as 0.07 psid—these flowmeters are ideal for applications with limited source pressure. Each unit comes pre-loaded with 98 standard gas calibrations that can be easily switched without compromising accuracy.

These stand-alone devices measure mass flow, volumetric flow, temperature, and absolute pressure, with readings shown in standard cubic centimeters per minute (SCCM). Additional features include a backlit monochrome LCD display, a data I/O port for seamless data logging to a computer, and versatile mounting options—even allowing for upside-down installation.
