The Valor 1000 compact portion control scales are NSF certified, USDA-AMS listed, and support HACCP-certified systems for use in food processing and food preparation. They are simple to operate, easy to clean, and can function for up to 1500 hours before needing to replace the batteries.

A removable stainless steel weighing surface provides easy cleaning, while the durable ABS housing and plastic in-use cover help guard against food contamination and buildup.
