Barnstead Smart2Pure systems deliver up to 72 L/day of Type I ultrapure water or Type II pure water from a tap feed water supply. Depending on your requirements, choose from three production capacities—3, 6, or 12 L/hr. The 12 L/hr systems let you safely store high purity water in either a 30- or 60-L reservoir, easily accessible when you need it!

These compact systems are fully customizable to support your tissue culture, PCR, electrophoresis, atomic absorption, ICP, ICP/MS, and chromatography needs. In addition, applications requiring Type II water such as reagent preparation and glassware rinsing can be met. The RO membrane with pretreatment cartridge is separate from the DI cartridge, ensuring you only replace each cartridge as needed.

The systems with UV option offer UV-oxidation (185/254 nm) for reducing the content of micoorganisms and their metabolites.

This unit requires a 30- or 60-L Storage Reservoir, Sterile venting filter/Overflow, CO₂ and Sterile filter, and Pretreatment filter (order each separately).
