Memmert VO vacuum ovens feature short heat up times, high-precision temperature control, and turbo drying. Each unit comes with two thermoshelves that are equipped with separate large surface heating and their own Pt100 temperature sensors. Separate control circuits react precisely to different loads/humidity values and maintain the preset temperature equally on each level used. Due to the direct contact between the heating system and the chamber load, there is practically no loss of heat, and heating/process times are reduced compared to a conventional heating system. In addition, the ovens offer a special controllable pump for installation in a lower chamber (sold separately).

Setpoint and actual temperatures and pressures are clearly displayed on the multifunctional digital PID-microprocessor controller which features two high-definition TFT-color displays with an easy-to-operate touchscreen. Digital electronic pressure control allows you to adjust from 5 to 1100 mbar. A digital backwards counter with target time setting, adjustable from 1 minute to 99 days, is also displayed on the control panel.

The ovens include an Ethernet interface and USB port, allowing you to easily manage and transfer programs developed by the AtmoCONTROL software. Other features include overtemperature and pressure monitoring protection with both audible and visual alarms, a safety glass door with inner bulletproof glass, and external anti-splinter screen. Stainless steel interior and exterior is corrosion resistant and easy to clean.
