Simply insert this compact, 5.3 in. (13.5 cm) long, logger into your computer's USB port, name it, choose your required sampling rate, select high and low alarms if required, and set the logger start time. Once configured, the logger can be removed from the computer to log independently. Data is downloaded back onto the PC where it can be analyzed and viewed as a graph using the included, EasyLog, software.

Models EL-USB-TC accepts type J, K, and T thermocouples via a mini-connector in the base of the unit, and is supplied with a 5 ft (1.5 m) Type K thermocouple probe rated from 32 to 752°F (0 to 400°C). These loggers store more than 32,000 readings.
