These rotary evaporators are designed and engineered for ease of use, while maintaining the highest level of safety. Manual lift handling can be done with one hand for precise positioning of glassware and is suitable for left- or right-handed operators. A flask clamping mechanism with integrated push-off function allows for easy exchange of evaporation flasks. The transparent vertical condenser's small footprint makes efficient use of the 1500 cm² cooling surface.
The unique 4 L bath design provides fast heat up, allowing for quicker experiments. Non-exposed heating coils and integrated handles offer safe operation. Bath heats from 20 to 90°C, adding versatility by allowing use of water or oil. The DC motor provides rotation speed from 20 to 300 rpm. Each unit comes standard with a dual digital display for both bath temperature and rotational speed to provide more control and easier repetition of experiments.
The evaporators are available with or without safety-coated glassware to minimize breakage and increase safety. Safety coating resists most solvents and acids while protecting you against shattered glass and dangerous reagents due to broken glass.
