Use this fast-response, high-accuracy IR thermometer to measure noncontact surface temperature up to 1202°F (650°C). Color alerts on the LCD warn when temperatures exceed programmed high/low set points. When readings go below the programmed low alarm setting, the display backlight changes to blue. When readings exceed the high set point, the backlight turns red. Audible alarms can also be set for high/low temperature warnings.

The meter offers a distance-to-target ratio of 12:1 and ±1% basic accuracy. Other features include record and recall of up to 20 readings, automatic data Hold, selectable °C/°F units, adjustable emissivity, Max/Min temperature readings, differential and average temperature readings, low-battery indicator, and auto power-off.
