Use silver membrane filters in a variety of air and liquid filtration applications. Composed of pure metallic silver (99.97% pure silver), they make an ideal collection media for analysis of crystalline silica by X-ray diffraction and polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAH). Silver membranes withstand a wide range of temperatures from cryogenic up to 1022°F (550°C). They can be autoclaved repeatedly and sterilized with steam or hot air for reuse.

Use the shinier side for scanning electron microscopy. Use the duller side for all other filtration applications and analytical work.
