The CPC (Colder) PLCD Series quick disconnect threaded UNF(F) body and insert fittings have a 1/8" flow size, making them suitable for a wide range of general-purpose and chemical applications. The fittings feature an automatic shutoff spring-operated stainless-steel valve which closes and seals the fluid pathway upon decoupling, protecting the sterility on each side of the system.

Constructed of polypropylene, the panel mount fittings with a ¼”-28 flat bottom port, provide enhanced chemical resistance, making them ideal for harsher environments.

An ergonomic thumb latch enables effortless one-handed connection and disconnection, even when wearing gloves. These fittings can withstand pressures ranging from vacuum to 120 psi (8.3 bar) and operate effectively within a temperature range of 32 to 160 °F (0 to 71 °C).
