Stainless steel type 304 or 316 minimizes resistance and maximizes flow rate

Holders are autoclavable with one filter membrane that is sealed with removable wing nuts
Vent to release pressure

Pressure filtration holders maximize flow rates by applying positive pressure to the fluid over a broad membrane surface. Holders have PTFE gaskets, silicone O-rings, and PTFE-coated photoetched stainless steel support screens (model 02926-50 has a 304 SS support screen) to prevent nitrocellulose membranes from sticking. Holders process samples from an in-line system or pressure vessel.
