More About this Item
This compact, three-zoned, horizontal tube furnace features a fixed heating cylinder with a pass through for a process tube. With heating elements surrounding the tube across a full 360° axis the heat is distributed evenly across the full cross-section of the product. The three-zone design divides the heating area into three zones with one thermocouple per zone. The two end zones are controlled by a setpoint offset in relation to the middle zone providing better temperature accuracy.
Easily operate and monitor the furnace with the P580 controller featuring intuitive touch panel and simple program entry. View colored display of temperature curves and process data on the multiparameter display. Set up to 50 programs each with 40 steps and up to six functions. Save favorite programs to streamline your process. Real-time clock allows delayed time start. Keypad lock and user level setting prevent any unauthorized changes. Use the USB interface to save data on a USB stick for documentations.
High-quality insulation and low power consumption provide a highly efficient furnace. Double-wall housing with textured stainless steel exterior keeps exterior surface temperature low while providing stability.
