These microprocessor based controllers combine a high degree of functionality and reliability. Ideal for regulating temperature in a variety of applications including: dryers, semiconductor packaging/testing, plastic processing, packaging machinery, painting and coating and more. Each controller has two four-digit displays that show the PV (process value) and SP (set value), with controllers 1/8th DIN and above also featuring a LED bargraph. Two different configuration levels provide easy access to parameters and a four-digit security code prevents unauthorized changes. Features include PID or On/Off control, heat/cool algorithms, motor position control, alarm outputs, thermocouple or RTD input and a16-segment program functionality. Designed to operate on any line voltage from 85Vac to 265Vac at 50/60Hz. Some models feature Ramp and Soak programming or RS-485 communication.
High/Low Limit Controller (model 89556-35) is designed to provide a safety shut-off and optional alarm. A latched relay output is activated when the process parameter either exceeds or falls below the desired value, providing a failsafe cut-off which has to be manually reset before the process can continue. Features universal input.
