Easily recover microorganisms from a surface with a Polywipe sponge. The ready-to-use bright blue sponge comes premoistened with a neutralizing buffer and is free of preservatives found in commercially available sponges, which can inhibit microorganism growth. Simply wipe a surface to be analyzed then wring fluid onto a plate for analysis. Each sponge comes individually sealed in an easy-to-open pouch and is gamma irradiated to ensure sterility.
