The SeriesLock® quick disconnect fittings with spring-free fluid path allow a high-volume flow while minimizing turbulence, foaming, and bubbles. For a secure, leak-free connection, push a large fitting insert into a large fitting body until you hear an audible “click.” Simply use the safety slide release to disconnect the fittings. The slide release eliminates accidental separation while offering easy disconnect with one hand even while wearing gloves. Recessed connection features protect contact surfaces and prolong the life of the O-rings.
Constructed of translucent polysulfone, fittings show excellent resistance to mineral acids, akali and salt solutions, detergents, and hydrocarbon oils. These durable fittings are rated for continuous use at temperatures up to 149°C (300°F).
Use sanitary flange fittings in single-use pharmaceutical, biotech, beverage, dairy, and food applications where sanitary flow is important. Recessed connection features protect contact surfaces and prolong the life of the O-rings.
Note: Use large polysulfone inserts only with large polysulfone bodies.
