More About this Item

Prepare reliable aqueous, organic, and biomolecular samples with membrane filtration and a prefilter (depth filter) inside a polypropylene (PP) housing. The prefilter adds a filtration stage to remove larger particles which create unwanted buildup. Useful with solutions with a high viscosity like oils or high particulate samples.

Each housing comes with a color-coded retainer ring seal to prevent leaks and sample loss, and the color helps to visually show you the membrane type inside the housing. Syringe filters have Luer-Lok and Luer-slip connections for easy, quick and tight connections to tubing, syringes, or needles. Filter packs are available in a resealable storage container to prevent contamination during multiple opening and closings.

Please Note: Vials, caps, and septa formerly under the Kinesis brand have now been rebranded Cole-Parmer. All the same great features and specifications, just with a new and improved look.
