Glass cooling chamber with tubing adapters is built into base for temperature-controlled runs. Platinum wire electrodes are mounted in recessed grooves for protection from damage when cleaning unit or loading cassettes. Electrode design provides even current distribution over entire gel surface. Place a magnetic stirring bar beneath cassettes to circulate buffer within unit for more efficient cooling. Order additional cassettes separately.
