More About this Item
Our power supplies deliver the power you need for your electrophoresis applications—from 200 to 3000 volts. The built-in safety features include no-load and failure notification, arc and ground leak detection, overvoltage protection, and nonskid rubber feet. The LCD reads constant voltage or current, with automatic crossover between modes. Use the integral timers to set timed operation. Power-off stores the last setting, so you don’t need to reset. The automatic shut-off at the end of the timed operation saves energy and reduces errors. Automatic power-fail restart function eliminates the need to restart the power supply after a power failure. Choose from three models: space-saving, high-current, and programmable power supplies. The programmable models have 1000 V and 3000 V versions for enhanced performance. A thermometer probe (sold separately below) provides temperature control for the programmable models. The undercounter brackets (sold separately) provide additional space-saving options. What’s included: 6-ft cord with U.S. standard plug (European or U.K. plug on 230 VAC models). Approvals: IEC 1010, CSA for 120 V models, FCC specifications
Programmable Power Supplies
The programmable models have all the features of the high current models, plus higher voltage output, nine-program memory, and temperature control with the optional temperature probe. The keypad lets you change the value setting and set the memory. Choose the 1000 V models for isoelectric focusing, SDS-PAGE, and native SDA-PAGE applications. Choose 3000 V models for DNA sequencing and high-voltage electrophoresis applications.
