Quickly connect your nitrogen tank to a calibration device—no plumber's tape, wrenches, or messing with threaded fittings! The pressure regulator features a unique quick-connect CGA 580 connection to attach to a compressed nitrogen cylinder. The other end of the regulator has a male quick-test connection for rapid transition to a Quick-test hose (order separately).
The XREG-KIT0 pressure regulation calibration kit includes a nitrogen pressure regulator, two 3000 psi (210 bar) analog pressure gauges (installed), a CGA 580 quick-connect inlet, and a male Quick-test outlet adapter.
Chose a Quick-test hose to suit your application needs. All hoses are rated to 6900 psi (475 bar) and come in 3-, 6-, or 20-ft lengths. The microbore hose provides a quick high-pressure way of connecting any pressure source to an instrument under test. The microbore internal diameter has a very low volume—reducing pumping effort and the amount of compressed gas needed during calibration. Both ends terminate with quick-test stainless steel connectors—no tools needed to tighten. A corrosion-resistant strain relief on each end reduces wear and increases hose life.

The microbore hose provides a quick, low-volume, high-pressure way of connecting any pressure source to an instrument under test. The very small microbore volume reduces pumping effort and the amount of compressed gas needed during calibration. Both ends terminate with Quick-test stainless steel connectors that need no tools to tighten. A corrosion-resistant strain relief on each end reduces wear and dramatically impacts hose life. The hose is pinpricked for use in natural gas applications.
