More About this Item

These portable air-cooled stand-alone industrial chillers, equipped with a continuous duty, non-ferrous piping system, easily remove heat from your materials and transfer it to the surrounding ambient air. Designed for indoor operation, the chillers feature a hermetically sealed compressor, brazed plate heat exchanger, fluid level gauge, pressure gauge, digital controller, and powder-coated steel cabinet.

The 1/3-ton Frost chiller is an excellent entry-level unit, ideal for single container/application chilling. It can pump up to 6 GPM at 7 psi (1 GPM at 15 psi, 4 GPM at 10 psi) and can easily cool contents down to 15°F with a fluid temperature range of 15 to 65°F. It features a 2.5 gal. capacity plastic corrosion resistant, thermally insulated reservoir.
