These 96-well polystyrene microplates meet the SBS standard to ensure compatibility with microplate and automation equipment. Clear plate bottoms are 60% thinner than conventional polystyrene microplates, resulting in lower background fluorescence and enabling readings down to 340 nm. Plates are available sterile and non-sterile, with and without lids, and come in a range of colors and surface treatments.

Plate Colors: Black plates have low background fluorescence, minimal light scatter and reduced crosstalk. White plates enhance luminescent signals and have low background luminescence and fluorescence.

Surface Treatment options are the standard tissue culture (TC) surface treatment for optimal cell attachment and not treated/medium binding surface treatment which is hydrophobic in nature and binds biomolecules through passive interactions.
