These testers are ideal for identifying the phase order on an electrical installation and the rotational direction of industrial equipment such as motors, pumps and valves connected to the installation. The color-coding of the terminals and cables on these testers makes set up and use simple. Model 6608 can be used to quickly determine the phase order and detect any phase loss.
Model 6609 includes additional functions specially designed for industrial equipment (motors, pumps, etc) that include indication of the rotating field direction without connecting any test leads, and determination of the connection and direction of each phase.
