More About this Item

This fraction collector features five seperate operating modes (simple, peak, window, manual and sampling) to suit your application needs. Adjustable sizes of collection vessels give user room for versatility. The standard test tube rack holds 120 tubes with a diameter of 12-15mm. Remove the standard rack holder to use with tubes up to 18.1mm. A shifting-type nozzle lets you deliver liquids accurately and quickly into a specified tube position. Built in wait drain allows discharge of buffer or waste solution to prevent contamination in test tubes. Sturdy and reliable construction of polypropylene and ABS plastic protects from water droplets and is flame retardent for long term use and protection.
Display features 9 operation keys with large characters to allow user ease of programming. Graphical display can verify fraction collection results, displaying up to 500 events.

Simple mode: collect by time, drops, volume or signal.

Peak mode: specify up to a maximum of 10 peaks for identification. Peak determination may be made using a combination of absolute value amd slope angle.

Window Mode: a maximum of 16 windows (time ranges) may be set so that peaks are identified and fraction collection occurs only within each window. By setting the monitor time, non-peaks may also be collected in test tubes.

Manual mode: collect fractions while watching the chromatography signals displayed on the screen. A fraction may be reviewed under playback mode.

Sampling mode: enables the user to take samples from the effluent at specified time intervals during a set period and collect repeat samples into the same vessel.
